Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Email us first before returning anything—unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.

If approved, we’ll guide you through next steps.

In many cases, you won’t need to ship anything back—we’ll offer a refund, store credit, or replacement depending on the situation.

Shipping Your Return

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Always use a trackable shipping method if returning.

Refunds

Refunds (or store credit) are issued once your request is processed and approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

Additional Information:

With some of our items being customizable and made to order, our orders are set for processing and production in 3-7 business days and up to 2-4 days for shipping if ordered before 3PM ET on business days. Different products may require different times and some products may take less or more time than estimated. Standard shipping estimates are 2-5 business days AFTER processing and production times. The 2-5 business days for shipping begin once your order has begun moving in transit. All orders are currently shipped through the United States Postal Service.

We are currently unable to offer international shipping.

Please note that some items may be delayed shipping due to holidays, post office hours and inclement weather or any carrier issues that may delay the package delivery. Tracking information is sent to each customer for convenience after information is updated in our order system. 

Just Jamesha Official is not responsible for packages after carrier has received them. No Ordinary Creative Collaborations does not claim responsibility for any packages not received by the customer upon actual delivery for any reason. 

To ensure your package is delivered to the correct address, please check delivery address before placing order to ensure that the correct address is given. After order placement, there is a 24-hour period to correct the delivery address by email. In your email, please include customer name, order number, and email address given at checkout.

In the event that a package is marked delivered and not received, or set for delivery and not delivered, you must notify Just Jamesha Official within 24 hours. Claims must be taken up with USPS to confirm package delivery or reimbursement for a lost/stolen package. 

Additional claims (by the same customer) of merchandise not received that has been marked delivered or already claimed by carrier, will be investigated further as possible fraud or scam and no additional items, refunds, or credits will be given.
